Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
  • Provide clear and compassionate updates to clients regarding their pets’ health.
  • Maintain professional excellence, adhering to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Prepare tailored, accurate treatment and care plans for each patient, including clear cost estimates.
  • Mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and utilising these in the most effective way.
  • Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for any patients requiring out-of-hours or enhanced care.
  • Proactively support and share clinical best practices within the clinic and across the wider community.

Requirements:

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
  • Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
  • Knowledge of supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, with an understanding of their impact on clinic performance and efficiency.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills to maximise the potential of every colleague.
