Medivet Leominster are looking for au00a0strong Leadu00a0Veterinary Surgeon to join their large team in a semi-rural practice in the lovely scenic town of Leominster, Hereford. We can also offeru00a0flexibility to work at our Ludlow practice on occasions to integrate with the team, clients and patients there.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced Vets and a team of 9 nurses and 8 reception/admin staff.
This role offers a platform to develop your leadership skills, influence clinical direction and deliver excellent patient and client care, all without sacrificing work-life balance.u00a0We are offering 40 hours per week over 4 days with 1 in 6 Saturdays and no on call or bank holiday commitments.

About you
You’re a qualified MRCVS with a passion for clinical excellence and client care. You want to make a real difference in a practice that values and supports you.

What you’ll be doing
Typically, in this role, you’ll:
- Deliver exceptional clinical care to patients in consults and surgery to the highest standards of regulatory, practice and operational compliance
- Develop tailored treatment plans with clients
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Share your skills, inspiring others and supporting our Medivet communities’ development
