About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and expanding team in Kidderminster. The team enjoys a varied and growing caseload that includes small furries, exotics, and dentistry. The ideal candidate would have a surgical bias, although all clinical interests will be considered.

The practice prides itself on having a diverse team that adapts consultation times to suit individual styles. This fosters a flexible and supportive working environment, including scheduled breaks and a dedicated hour for lunch. The team believes in cultivating an inclusive culture, regularly holding catch-ups after morning consultations to share thoughts and ideas.

There is no out-of-hours work associated with this role, and appointments are scheduled to finish half an hour before closing to ensure everyone can catch up and leave on time.

About the Practice:

The practice’s leadership team, having recently taken on ownership, is seeking a passionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated staff. The practice has a strong track record of career progression, with team members advancing from locum roles to permanent positions and others moving up the ranks from VCA to management roles.

The leadership team places a strong emphasis on professional development and mental health support. Both clinical and client care teams are well-supported by experienced staff, including a pharmacy assistant, hygiene technician, and two VCAs.
