Location: MB Repairs Team, Swindon

Salary: Starting from £30,000-£35,000 per annum.

Are you a skilled vehicle mechanic looking to join a dynamic and professional team? MB Repairs in Swindon is seeking an experienced mechanic with a strong background in diagnostics and all aspects of mechanical repairs.

Role Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Salary: Starting from £30,000-£35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
  • Location: Swindon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance on various vehicles.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Diagnose vehicle faults manually or using software and digital tools.
  • Prepare cost and time estimates for repairs.
  • Perform test drives to verify repairs.
  • Conduct scheduled servicing and maintenance.
  • Update vehicle service records.
  • Install and fit new vehicle accessories.
  • Maintain a database of spare parts in the repair garage.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a vehicle mechanic with at least 3 years in the field.
  • Expertise in diagnostics and mechanical repairs.
  • Ability to work on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Own set of tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality service.
  • Full UK driving licence.
