Job Summary
Aura Connections is hiring a Trainee Operations Manager to learn how a growing sales and marketing business runs from the ground up. You’ll start on the commercial side — sales, customer acquisition, and campaign performance — then build into people management, recruitment, and day-to-day operations. We train from the ground up through hands-on mentoring.

We help clients acquire new customers and grow through high-performing sales and marketing campaigns, and we develop our people through one-to-one mentoring and performance-based progression.
Responsibilities
- Support sales and customer acquisition activity, including customer relationships and communication
- Assist with client campaign delivery and track campaign performance
- Take part in commercial decision-making and day-to-day teamwork
As your experience grows, your responsibilities will expand to include:
- Coaching and developing new team members
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Team leadership and performance management
- Planning, day-to-day operations, and business development
Requirements
- Ambitious and motivated by career progression

- Organised and comfortable taking on responsibility
- Resilient, results-focused, and open to feedback
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not essential
