Our eyelashes are diverse and many styles have their own design patents. We also have our own technical patents in the market for new types of false eyelashes that are adhesive-free and reusable. In addition, the brand offers sustainable eyelash products that can be subscribed to on a regular basis. We are also committed to raising awareness of sustainability in the eyelash industry, choosing eyelash materials that are biodegradable, and have factory material biodegradability certificates. We will develop close relationships with suppliers and customers to continuously improve our sustainable practices

We are actively seeking an energetic and result driven TikTok Operations intern to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing and expanding our TikTok and additional social media platforms’ presence, devising content strategies, interacting with our audience, and evaluating performance indicators to optimize engagement levels. If you possess expertise in managing TikTok accounts, coupled with an in-depth comprehension of social media trends and a fervor for crafting engaging content, we are eager to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement TikTok content strategies that align with the company’s brand and goals.
• Engage and interact with our TikTok audience, responding to comments and fostering community.
• Analyze performance data and trends, providing insights and adjustments to improve content reach and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Stay ahead of social commerce trends, particularly on TikTok, to inform client strategies. Encourage innovation within the team to explore new tools and techniques.
• Contribute to the growth of Jannie Jane London in the UK market by aligning project management and account management goals with the company’s business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with TikTok and a passion for social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest social media and e-commerce trends.
• Creative and detail-oriented with an eagerness to learn.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience managing TikTok accounts is a strong advantage.
