Salary & Pay Structure
- £26,500 u2013 £27,500 | Entry-Level Therapeutic Care Worker
- £29,500 u2013 £30,500 | Qualified Residential Care Worker (Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or extensive relevant experience)
- £28,000 u2013 £29,500 | Waking Nights (4 on 4 off rota, 35 hours per week)
- £36,000 | Senior Therapeutic Care Worker (Level 3 C&YP essential + previous Senior Support experience)
Please note: Sponsorship / Visa support is NOT available. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Requirements
- Full manual UK driving licence (required for transporting young people)
- 21+ years old (regulatory requirement)
- Ability to obtain and maintain enhanced DBS + update service
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to commit to shift patterns, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide satisfactory references
