Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our busy restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have a keen interest in food preparation. Duties

• Prepare food items in accordance with company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and providing recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all operations.
• Assist with organising the kitchen area, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Support team members as needed, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, restaurant service, or similar roles is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and portion control.
• Experience with kitchen operations or culinary work is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£14.42 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
