They are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and supportive team as they continue to grow.The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of vets, nurses, and support staff who genuinely enjoy working together. You will play an important role in delivering excellent first-opinion care, developing your clinical interests, and contributing to ongoing improvements within the practice. With a strong focus on learning, development, and wellbeing, this position offers the chance to grow professionally while enjoying a balanced and rewarding working life.ResponsibilitiesYour day-to-day role will include a healthy mix of consulting and surgery, with plenty of opportunity to maintain and develop your clinical skills. Responsibilities include:Carrying out consultations, diagnostics, medical work-ups, and routine surgeryProviding high-standard, compassionate care to patients and clientsWorking collaboratively with the veterinary and nursing teamsManaging your own cases, with excellent support available when requiredContributing to clinical discussions and sharing ideas for continuous improvementEnsuring clear communication with clients and colleaguesSupporting case continuity by spending set days at designated branchesParticipating in a fair rota that includes Saturday mornings only, with no on-call or out-of-hours workRequirementsOur client is looking for someone who is genuinely kind, motivated, and keen to be part of a close-knit team. Ideally, you will have:Postgraduate small animal experienceCompletion of VetGDP or equivalent
