Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our shop. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for managing a team to achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires effective communication, time management, and organisational abilities to foster a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily shop activities, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to enhance performance and achieve sales goals.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organised.
• Implement sales strategies to maximise revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised shop environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail or service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
• Time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Organisational skills to maintain an orderly shop layout and inventory system.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with a diverse customer base.
• Experience in sales management is preferred, with a track record of achieving targets.

Pay: £31,000.00-£38,000.27 per year
