Duties include: Work with IT Project Analysts and subject matter experts to create, test, continuously improve and support Salesforce processes inline with best practice policies.Provide support and training to users to ensure effective use of Salesforce.Maintain user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissionsConfigure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder) to meet business requirements.Oversee data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleansing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.Monitor system performance, support any scheduled mai
