Who We Are Looking For

• Fluent in spoken Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or account management is desirable; graduates are welcome
• Respectful and professional demeanour, with excellent attention to detail
• Long-term perspective and ambition to build a reputable career
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within a structured training program

Your Role

You will work closely with our mutlilingual clients, ensuring exceptional service, accurate administration, and effective communication across multiple channels. Full product and system training will be provided to set you up for success.
