Emerald Oasis Spas is looking for a skilled and passionate Sales agent to join our team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen client relationships. This role is crucial in driving business growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with online leads to understand their wellness goals and backyard requirements;
Discusses customer requirements and advises them on the capabilities and limitations of the goods or services being sold;
Quotes prices, credit details, delivery dates and payment arrangements and arranges for delivery and installation of
goods if appropriate;
Maintains records and accounts of sales made and handles customer complaints;
Proactively follow up on inquiries via phone and email, managing a sales pipeline through our CRM;
Handle sales negotiations and assist customers with flexible finance options to close deals;
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure delivery feasibility and electrical requirements are met for the customer;
Act as the primary admin for the Oasis Spas Ireland website (CMS/WordPress), ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotional banners are accurate and visually stunning.
Maintain relationships with customers to encourage referrals and ensure a 5-star experience throughout the installation process.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales agent, sales executive or related areas.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Some experience in leading websites;
Required for occasional site visits to customers’ homes.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €36,610 per year
Work Location: Hybrid and Carrick-On-Suir, Ballynevin, Co. Waterford
Work Pattern: Daytime / Morning & Afternoon availability, Monday – Friday (5 days) 39 hours a week
