Sales Administrator – (Company Name - Subscribers only) | Glasgow: (Company Name - Subscribers only)
- Helping support daily inquiries
- Order placing with suppliers
- Agreeing / setting delivery dates
- Updated records
- Managing diary
- Responding to email and other enquiries such utilities, hygiene etc
- Keeping record of staffing levels and worked hours
- To organise and keep records of sales
- Maintain activity records
- Prepares sales records and to provide management updates
- Generate sales invoices and maintain records of payments received maintains office records
- Maintains receipt of stock delivery records
- First point of contact to respond to any complaints
- Organising menu displays
- Organise Printing of menu’s and other promotional material
- Setting cleaning schedule for kitchen, shop floor and toilets
- Other general clerical duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £31,500.00-£35,000.00 per year

Experience:
