Duties to include –
As Store Manager, you will work alongside the Area Manager to deliver results and create a positive, high-energy environment. Your role will include:
Driving sales and achieving store targets
Leading, coaching, and inspiring your team
Delivering exceptional customer service every day
Handling escalations with professionalism and care
Overseeing daily operations, from admin to product knowledge
Training your team on the latest Vodafone products and offers
What we are looking for –
Proven experience in retail management.
Strong leadership and people skills
Excellent communication and organisation abilities
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
Interest in telecom/electronics sales (a bonus, not essential)
