The position is being offered by a Fine Dining restaurant in the heart of Falmouth. They offer a vibrant blend of Nepali and Indian exquisite cuisine. Famous for only using locally sourced fresh ingredients & spices and having created a unique selection of fine dishes from traditional Nepalese and Indian recipes.

– Position: Restaurant Manager
– Employer: Fine Dining Restaurant
– Location: Falmouth, England
– Gross OTE Salary package: circa £34,000 (+ share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
– Weekly working hours / days 48 hours / 5 days

Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with the position. Main function is to implement optimal and efficient management and delivering polished customer experience that befits a prestige upscale restaurant

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements:

– Eligibility to live and work in UK
– Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role
– Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
– Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
– Computer literacy
– Sound financial + business acumen
– Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour

– Able to work well with others
– A creative, energetic and passionate hospitality professional
– A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual
