- Ensure residents’ care delivery is centred around their needs and preferences.
- Develop and update care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
- Manage medication in line with regulatory requirements.
- Safeguard the welfare of residents and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct.
- Mentor team members and foster strong team relationships.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide nursing care according to best practices and company policies.
The Registered Nurse (RGN) position offers:
- £21.00 per hour, with a quarterly bonus of 48p per hour.
- Full-time, permanent role with 36 hours per week.

To be considered for the Registered Nurse (RGN) role, you should have:
- Current NMC registration.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferred).
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
- Experience in care planning and risk assessment.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA.
- A compassionate, person-centred approach to nursing.
