• Ensure residents’ care delivery is centred around their needs and preferences.
• Develop and update care plans in collaboration with residents and their families.
• Manage medication in line with regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard the welfare of residents and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct.
• Mentor team members and foster strong team relationships.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide nursing care according to best practices and company policies.

The Registered Nurse (RGN) position offers:

• £21.00 per hour, with a quarterly bonus of 48p per hour.
• Full-time, permanent role with 36 hours per week.

To be considered for the Registered Nurse (RGN) role, you should have:

• Current NMC registration.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferred).

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA.
