Salary: €40,000 – €42,000 per annum DOE

About the Role
(Company Name - Subscribers only) is seeking an experienced, self motivated, and organised Regional Account Manager to join our team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to maintain client satisfaction and retention. This role involves managing key client relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure high client satisfaction.
Attend client meetings to strengthen existing accounts.
Achieve client relationship KPIs and performance targets.
Upsell and cross sell services where appropriate.
Escalate and resolve issues raised by clients.
Carry out client satisfaction surveys and performance reviews.
Monitor performance against service level agreements and identify issues.
Liaise with internal departments to support client needs effectively.
Deliver presentations to clients.
Manage day to day queries and handle complaints.
Use internal systems for account management.
Use Excel to generate reports and monitor performance.
Requirements
Proven track record in customer service, sales, or a related field with a history of achieving KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems desirable.
Strong problem solving ability and resilience under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Degree in business, marketing, or related field desirable.
Full clean driving licence; willingness to travel to client meetings and events.
