The Opportunity

As a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager at (Company Name - Subscribers only), you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered successfully, commercially soundly, and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Managing commercial functions across major construction projects

– Owning subcontractor relationships and overseeing their financial accounts

– Assessing variations, negotiating claims and administering contracts

– Supporting procurement processes and driving commercial best practice

– Finalising accounts and helping project teams deliver exceptional outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering

• Experience in contractor environments, ideally large scale building projects upward of £400m (luxury residential, apartments, commercial office)
• Proven capability delivering building construction projects
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (indicative for UK applicants; final package aligned to Australian market)
