We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV/Plant fitter. You will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of HGV & Plant machinery, including diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems.
Duties include:
Diagnose and repair mechanical and hydraulic faults.
Maintain, repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including cylinders, pumps, valves, pipes and control units. Use diagnostic equipment and hand tools to ensure vehicles are working correctly.
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts uses.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as mechanical fitter with specific experience with hydraulics.
Good knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety,
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good work attitude and interest required.
Pay negotiable.
