Working pattern: Full-time with Saturday preferred (4 weekdays + Saturday); Saturday part-time (2-3 weekdays + Saturday), term-time and flexible working considered

About the role
We are seeking a passionate, proactive and dynamic Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing MDT in a primarily clinical role delivering high-quality assessment and intervention to children and young people.
This role would suit a clinician who values evidence-based practice, collaborative MDT working and reflective care within a supportive and flexible environment.
You will work with a varied and rewarding caseload, including children and young people presenting with:
- Sensory processing differences
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- ADHD
- Developmental delay
- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Physical difficulties
- Functional and complex needs
The role includes clinic-based work alongside opportunities to work within local schools and community settings.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with families, schools and professionals
- Participate in MDT meetings, supervision and joint working
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and reports
- Engage in CPD, reflective practice and service development
About you
We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about paediatric therapy and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
You will have:
- Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working within paediatric occupational therapy
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
- Interest in neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based practice
- SI training to Level 1 (minimum) or willingness to undertake training
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider MDT
