1. Operational Oversight:
Oversee daily operations across multiple coffee shop locations, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, and operational efficiency.
Ensure that all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Conduct regular store visits and audits to monitor performance and compliance with operational standards.
2. Staff Management & Training:
Work closely with store managers to recruit, train, and retain top talent within the team, ensuring that all staff members are aligned with company values and goals.
Develop and implement training programs for baristas and store managers, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and health and safety practices.
Address staffing needs, manage staff scheduling, and ensure adequate coverage at all locations.
3. Customer Experience:
Ensure that all stores provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience, from coffee preparation to customer interactions.
Handle escalated customer issues or complaints and work with store managers to implement solutions that improve customer satisfaction.
Develop customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and promotions to boost customer retention and drive sales.
4. Business Development:
Identify opportunities for expansion, new store openings, or additional revenue streams for existing locations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to drive local store promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives.
5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
Oversee the procurement of supplies, including coffee beans, equipment, and other products needed for store operations.
Ensure that inventory levels are maintained and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries to avoid stockouts.
6. Communication Skill: Excellent bilingual communication skills in both English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with staff customers and suppliers.
