Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify trends in the international student sector, with particular focus on Chinese-speaking regions.
Analyse competitors, student preferences, and emerging education markets to inform marketing strategies.
Report research findings to management and recommend tailored marketing approaches.
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns targeting prospective students and parents in China and other East Asian countries.
Create content in line with cultural and linguistic expectations across platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and UK-based platforms.
Oversee social media content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign performance tracking.
Liaise with clients to understand their education goals and provide updates on new offerings, deadlines, and events.
Act as a bridge between (Company Name - Subscribers only) and external partners, including educational institutions and agents.
Work closely with sales executives and directors to ensure that marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Support the administrative team in developing and refining client engagement strategies
Salary and Position Structure:

Annual Salary: £33400
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Reports Directly to the Director
Qualifications and Skills Required:

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field (Preferable)
Demonstrated ability to design, execute and manage cross-cultural digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), email automation software, and SEO/SEM tools.
Excellent communication and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for culturally specific audiences.
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behaviour data.
Creative, resourceful, and self-motivated.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a small but fast-paced team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
