Marketing Analyst: (Company Name - Subscribers only)
Lotts & Co. is looking for a full-time Marketing Analyst. Responsible for leading demand and campaigns from conception, planning, execution, and launch; establishing an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs; discussing business methods and target customer group in order to identify marketing requirements; collating and interpreting findings of market research; discussing possible changes that need to be made in terms of price, promotion etc. in light of market research; monitoring the progress of advertising campaigns; researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals; creating shareable content for specific social networks to spread both our brand and our content; creating strategies to boost access to the website and sales of our products; driving relevant traffic and leads to our social network presence; overseeing and tracking competitor activity ongoingly and identify new opportunities; management of analytics using Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, managing of the firmwide direct mail communications channel, report on direct mail campaigns, generating new business opportunities.
Candidates must have at least 3 years experience; adequate knowledge of data collection methods; knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing); extremely creative with an ability to think outside the box, excellent oral and written communication skills; experience in a collaborative team environment; strong attention to detail. A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to meet the needs of the company is required.
Salary: 34k year, 39 hours per week.
