Maintenance and Compliance Supervisor
Main duties include;
– maintaining the building, contractors and systems onsite to a high standard.
– ensuring the building complies with all Health & Safety regulations and requirements.
– supervises and manages maintenance activities across the premises.
– ensuring accommodation standards are upheld for both student and hotel guests during seasonal
operations.
– co-ordinates and oversees contractors and maintenance work.
– plans and manages general upkeep including repairs, inspections and compliance checks.
Contract type: 24 Months full-time
39 hours per week / Salary €36,605 annually
