Brackley Landscapes designs and builds high-end outdoor spaces for private residences, hotels, public works and commercial properties in Cavan and surrounding areas.
We’re hiring a hands-on Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to work alongside our operatives while leading daily delivery across premium sites, maintaining high standards and safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise operatives ensuring efficient, high-quality work and general plant care across the seasons.
Lead daily maintenance works with the team: pruning, trimming, mowing, feeding, mulching, weeding etc..
Communicate professionally with clients and management, providing updates on progress, issues, and site requirements.
Oversee safe use and basic upkeep of tools/machinery (strimmers, hedge cutters, blowers, etc.).
Spot plant health issues and act/report as required.
Lead on health & safety, PPE compliance and safe work practices.
Report to Landscape Maintenance manager on work schedules and activities.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Solid landscape/grounds maintenance experience with good plant knowledge and seasonal understanding.
Team leadership experience (or ready to step up) with strong work ethic and can-do attitude.
Highly competent in the safe use and maintenance of landscaping tools and machinery
High attention to detail and pride in delivering premium finishes.

At Brackley Landscapes, we believe in continuous training, support and the active management of health and safety. We are looking for a highly motivated person with strong attention to detail and confident in managing a small team to deliver high quality work for our clients. Hours of work are 39 to 48 per week, commensurate with an annual salary of €36,605 – €45,053 respectively.
