We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join our clients team and play a key role in recruitment, employee lifecycle administration, compliance, and HR support across their network.
What you’ll do:
Support end-to-end recruitment & onboarding (DBS, Right to Work, references, etc.)
Maintain fully compliant CQC staff files & audit records
Manage Skilled Worker visa sponsorship & Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)
Provide HR admin support: probation reviews, contract changes, training compliance, payroll data, and more
Act as a key contact for employees and managers on HR queries
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll support smooth HR operations, ensure compliance, and make a real difference to both staff and residents.
