About the Role

As a Supervisor within the (Company Name - Subscribers only)’s Front of House team, you’ll take day-to-day operational responsibility for one of our busy hospitality outlets. You will lead shifts, support Food & Beverage Assistants and casual staff, and ensure smooth, efficient service at all times. Your duties will include delivering daily briefings, allocating tasks, managing breaks and maintaining our high standards of customer service.

You will be responsible for upholding all food safety, HACCP and due-diligence procedures, monitoring wastage, overseeing orders and goods receiving, and ensuring accurate portion control. Clear communication with the kitchen team is essential, as is supporting the promotion of marketing campaigns and maintaining accurate menu and information displays.

The role also involves maintaining high health & safety standards, responding to incidents, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring the workspace remains safe and compliant. You’ll contribute to on-shift training, support team development, and be encouraged to bring fresh ideas to improve the way we work.

This is a full-time role (36.5 hours, 5-over-7), including early mornings, evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced, friendly campus environment with opportunities for progression, development, and genuine impact.
