Healthcare Assistant: Our Lady’s Manor
We offer great employment and training opportunities. We are committed to attracting and retaining professional and dedicated staff to help us provide the highest level of person-centred care to our residents.
We invest a significant amount of resources in staff development and training so that our healthcare staff implement best practice in Our Lady’s Manor.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Making a positive difference and enhancing our residents’ daily lives.
Supporting with various tasks such as personal care and activities of daily living.
Supporting social interactions.
Be kind, caring, empathetic and trustworthy with a genuine interest in the older person.
Level 5 QQI Healthcare qualification is desirable but must be willing to undertake the course within 2 years of employment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the English language – written and verbal is essential.
Must attend induction and mandatory in-service training.
Must be able to provide two valid and contactable references.
Garda vetting will be required.
