(Company Name - Subscribers only) is a specialist recruitment consultancy providing high-quality temporary, contract, and permanent staffing solutions across Runcorn, the North-West, and surrounding areas.
We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our team in Runcorn and surrounding areas. This is a full-time position only and is not open to part-time applicants.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to service users within healthcare and care settings. You will use your professional skills and experience to provide safe, person-centred care while promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
– Providing high-quality personal care and support with daily living tasks
– Supporting mobility and transfers, including use of hoists and moving & handling equipment
– Assisting with eating and drinking where required
– Monitoring and reporting changes in service users’ conditions
– Supporting with repositioning, hygiene, and comfort
– Working collaboratively with nurses, support staff, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
– Must have the Right to Work in the UK with no working hour restrictions
– Applicants must not be under sponsorship or on a Student Visa due to the full-time hours required for this role
– Minimum 6 months’ experience working within healthcare or care settings
– Hoist trained and confident with moving & handling procedures
– Must be comfortable delivering personal care
– Ideally a driver with a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
– Must be available to work full time u2014 this role is not open to part-time workers
– Flexibility to travel across Runcorn and surrounding areas
– Enhanced DBS (can be applied for during registration if required)
Pay Rate:
£12.21 u2013 £19.50 per hour (depending on client, shift, and location)
