About the Role
The Grant Operations Executive supports the management of open grant rounds, handling high volumes of applications, queries, and data. The role includes managing a portfolio of Foundation and Donor Advised grants, contributing to mission-aligned strategic work, improving workflows, supporting donor care, coordinating grantee events, and advancing the Foundation’s impact strategy. A key element is data and impact analysis, including research, reporting, storytelling, and communicating grant impact. This role suits a strategic, detail-oriented self-starter who works well across teams to support effective, impactful grant making.

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: €35,080–€47,617 (entry point dependent on experience)
Reports to: Grant Operations Manager, Impact, Grants & Donor Care Team
Location: 30 Merrion Square North, Dublin 2, with occasional travel for events and site visits

Key Responsibilities
Manage and support grant rounds from design to assessment, payment, reporting, and evaluation. Conduct due diligence, act as grantee point of contact, process applications using SmartSimple, manage agreements and reporting, coordinate queries, and support sector engagement. Deliver data and impact analysis, write reports, support impact frameworks, use AI for trend analysis, and communicate grant activity. Coordinate with teams across the organisation to strengthen grant making. Support governance, compliance, and risk processes. Carry out general administration, inbox management, scheduling, event coordination, data entry and analysis.
About You
You have experience in grant systems, grants management, research, data analysis, due diligence, and customer service. You know the charity sector and have strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail. A Level 8 degree is required; 5+ years’ experience, CRM proficiency, and qualifications in social sciences, research, data, legal or accounting are desirable.
