1. Machinery Operation and Monitoring
Operating Equipment: Setting up, starting, and running automatic or semi-automatic machines.
Monitoring Processes: Continuously checking parameters like temperature, pressure, and speed to ensure the process stays within standard limits.
Adjustments: Making minor machine adjustments or resets when product specifications change.
2. Assembly and Production Tasks
Assembly: Joining components or parts manually or using hand tools to create the final product.
Material Handling: Feeding raw materials into machinery and removing finished products from the line.
Packaging: Sorting, labeling, and packing goods into containers for storage or shipment.
3. Quality and Safety Compliance
Quality Checks: Performing visual inspections or using measuring tools to identify defects early.
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of output, material usage, and any incidents or machine downtime.
Safety Adherence: Strictly following Health and Safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
4. Maintenance
Basic Maintenance: Performing light maintenance such as cleaning components or lubricating machines.
5. Min Experience 1 year
