Backed by top-tier investors following a heavily oversubscribed seed round, the company has built an exceptional engineering team with hires from organisations including Google, Amazon, X, Yandex, JetBrains and Fuse Energy. With more than two years of runway and strong commercial traction, they’re now hiring a small number of exceptional engineers ahead of their next phase of growth.
The company is applying AI to one of the world’s largest and least digitised industries, worth more than $300bn globally. Their software helps automate complex workflows that sit behind product safety, manufacturing, infrastructure and healthcare, allowing organisations to operate faster without compromising quality or compliance.
This isn’t an AI research role.
You’ll be building production AI systems that customers rely on every day.
You’ll be working on
- Agentic AI workflows
- LLM-powered products
- Multi-agent orchestration
- Evaluation frameworks
- AI tooling deployed into production
- End-to-end product development
We’re looking for engineers who
- Have built production AI applications
- Are comfortable shipping quickly
- Enjoy solving difficult product problems
- Want significant ownership
- Thrive in ambitious startup environments
Experience with technologies such as Python, modern LLM frameworks, agentic systems, RAG or evaluation tooling would be advantageous, although exceptional engineers from adjacent backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
This is a fully onsite role in London.
