Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with leadership experience, ready to take ownership of a skilled engineering team within a large scale manufacturing environment?

This is a key supervisory position within a well established international manufacturing business that continues to invest in plant upgrades, automation, and process improvement. You will combine strong electrical expertise with confident team leadership, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability, and performance across a busy production site.

In this role you will oversee day to day electrical maintenance activities, allocate workloads, lead team briefings, and provide hands on technical support when required. You will play a central role in driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and developing the capability of the engineering team.

This position would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with supervisory experience who is seeking long term progression towards Maintenance Manager level within a stable and forward thinking organisation.

The Role

Lead and support a team of electrical maintenance engineers
Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance and breakdown response
Allocate jobs, monitor performance, and maintain engineering standards
Provide hands on electrical fault finding and technical support when required
Drive continuous improvement across plant reliability and safety
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.00pmThe Person

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Background within manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong fault finding and diagnostic capability
