Early Years Manager: (Company Name - Subscribers only)

We are currently looking to recruit a Full Time Educators to join a fun and energetic team in a full day care setting, caring for children ages 0-12.

The position will be 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The role involves the successful candidate to support and assist in providing an enriching learning environment that promotes our emergent play-based curriculum. Start dates are FLEXIBLE. We have roles hiring currently and also for 2027.

Role responsibilities.

– To complete daily responsibilities within your job description
– Support children within their environment promoting their holistic development
– Attend staff meetings and to continue CPD through training opportunities
– Complete observations and learning journals

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

– Minimum Fetac Level 5 in Childcare OR equivalent
– Ability to look after children in a loving & caring manner
– Strong work ethic
– Ability to work as part of a team
– Ability to implement quality early childhood curriculum & creative skills to develop age appropriate activities
– Good working knowledge of the Aistear curriculum
– Understand & follow TUSLA regulations
– Naturally warm and respectful towards children and their needs
