The Early Years Lead Educator is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality early childhood education programmes for children aged 3 to 5 years. This role ensures that children are supported in their physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate, child-centred learning experiences. The Lead Educator will manage the daily operation of the classroom and guide the curriculum along with a classroom assistant.
Requirements:
Recognised Early Childhood Education qualification in the area.
Strong knowledge of child development, early-years frameworks, and inclusive practices.
Proven experience in the field.
Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a warm, child-centred approach.
