About Us:
(Company Name - Subscribers only) provides end-to-end multi-drop distribution solutions across 3 main hubs (Leicester, Rounds, Peterborough) handling a fleet of 80 vans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site-level distribution, parcel sorting, line-haul coordination, and dispatch schedules.
- Manage Shift Managers (AM/PM), Operations Supervisors, and Route Coordinators.
- Ensure seamless handovers between warehouse sorting and final-mile van delivery.
- Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction metrics, and parcel delivery success rates.
- Work closely with depot leadership to balance delivery volumes and site capacity.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in final-mile distribution, parcel delivery, or warehouse logistics management.
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-layered teams (supervisors, shift leads, drivers).
- Strong capability in route planning software and logistics metrics analysis.
