Sorcha Homes Ltd requires 5 Direct Support Workers to join their team in 2 Kennedy Road, Navan, Meath, Ireland.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Support Worker.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following;
Advising on rights and entitlements in relation to benefits, health, discrimination and welfare.
Assist and liaise with professionals in social work, the probation service, and related welfare areas
Organising day, residential, and care services.
Keeping up to date with legislation.
Perform pastoral care duties.

Other details;
Salary – €37,544 per annum
Hours – 40 hours per week
