Main duties of the job
Employed Roles:
Competitive base salary from £68,250
Supplementary bonus scheme with uncapped OTE, with a potential in excess of £120,000
Based on a balanced clinical mix: Private, (Company Name - Subscribers only) (UDA), and Unscheduled Dental Care
Flexible working hours to suit your life
Clinical freedom with full admin and nursing support
We pay for your mandatory training, GDC registration and indemnity
Golden Hello of up to £10,000.00
Relocation Allowance of up to £8,000.00
Associate Roles:
Earning potential in excess of £150,000 (OTE) Based on 1,400 UDAs at £14.50, from £3,000 Denplan gross/month (35% split), Unscheduled Care 2 days/week at £23 per patient, and strong private demand
(Company Name - Subscribers only) (UDA): 1,400 UDAs from £14.50 per UDA
Private: 50% income split
Denplan: 35% income split (incl. hygienist usage split); approx. £3,000/month gross
Unscheduled Care: 2 days/week, 16 patients/day at £23 per patient (£35k+/year)
Balanced clinical mix: Private, (Company Name - Subscribers only) (UDA) & Unscheduled Dental Care

Role Purpose
To provide routine and urgent dental care for patients in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, including visitors to the region requiring unscheduled dental care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care & Patient Experience
Deliver high-quality unscheduled and routine dental care to (Company Name - Subscribers only) and private patients (adults and children).
Apply current best practice and evidence-based guidance in areas such as:
o Clinical examination and record keeping
o Oral health prevention strategies
o Radiography
o Antimicrobial prescribing
o Management of acute dental conditions
o Dental trauma (adult and paediatric)
o Endodontic emergencies
o Consent and documentation of extractions
o Treatment of patients with complex needs or medical histories
Maintain awareness of referral pathways and patient access routes, including stabilisation clinics.
Provide thorough clinical documentation to support continuity of care.
Treat target numbers of patients efficiently while ensuring excellent patient experience.
Professional Conduct & Standards
Adhere to the standards set out by the General Dental Council (GDC) and maintain full registration without conditions.
Comply with Smile Togethers internal policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
Maintain appropriate indemnity cover and (Company Name - Subscribers only) performer number.
