Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Stewardess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality aboard our vessels. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Stewardess, you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and satisfaction of our guests during their journey.

Duties

• Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of guest areas, including cabins, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring dietary requirements are accommodated.
• Manage inventory of supplies and report any shortages to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
