Job Summary:

Qcert Car Sales is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Assist customers with product information, services, and purchasing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries.
  • Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or support role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus.

Salary and Working Hours:
Salary range £35000-£40000 per annum.

Full-Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
