Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the Hub Property Services team on a temporary basis (9 month contract).
The purpose of the role is to act as the first point of contact for residential tenants, handling inbound telephone calls relating to repairs and estate-related matters. The role also involves planning, instructing and administering property compliance servicing, certification and remedial works across residential, commercial and agricultural properties within the (Company Name - Subscribers only) Rural & Projects Division.
In addition, the role will include a range of general property management and administrative duties to support the effective delivery of the service.

Team Overview
The team has 21 members, made up of a Head of Property Services, Operations Manager, Two Service Delivery Managers, a Deputy Service Delivery Manager, a Data Analyst and 15 Customer Service Advisors all based in the Peterborough office.
