We are looking for a full-time Commis Chef to join our team in THE FOUR COURTS, Inns Quay, Dublin 7, D07 A78X (on-site position). The suitable candidate will have experience working in a professional kitchen and be able to follow established food preparation and hygiene standards.
Main duties include preparing ingredients, assisting senior chefs with daily kitchen tasks, cooking dishes in line with set guidelines, keeping food preparation areas clean and organised, following HACCP procedures, assisting with stock rotation, and helping to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
