Role Overview We are currently seeking a Client Accountant to join our Client Accounting team based in our Leeds office. The primary function of this role is to manage the finances of client monies held on behalf of investors to support the management of a property portfolio. The Client Accountant has ultimate responsibility for all cash held within their assigned portfolio, including rents, service charges, sinking funds, deposits, VAT, and other financial transactions.
