1. Preparing meals for the busy cafe and restaurant under supervision of the Head Chef.
2. Maintaining cleanliness, organization and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
3. Following HACCP rules & courses and partaking and complying with any Health and Safety courses that is required.
4. Learning cooking techniques and recipes.
5. Following instructions and supporting the Head Chef in menu planning and daily specials.
6. Providing carvery to the public on Sundays.
7. Testing the temperatures of food on a regular basis.
8. Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard in a timely manner.
9. Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock rotation and inventory control.
