We are proud of the excellent dining experience we currently deliver to all our customers. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to help us maintain and grow our customer base by helping to expand our team which maintaining the excellent quality of the food we serve.
Objectives of this role:
Enable a high-quality kitchen through maintaining the highest quality food standards.
Expedite customer orders while upholding the restaurant’s quality standards
Help to bring in repeat customers by ensuring consistently elevated dining experiences
Responsibilities:
Utilise kitchen utensils and equipment such as grills, ovens, and steamers to prepare excellent food
Maintain kitchen inventory to ensure sufficient quantity and quality of ingredients
Ensure clean and sanitized workstations and equipment
Adhere to all standards and procedures.
Skills and qualifications:
Superior cooking skills for a variety of food groups
Effective time management techniques
High degree of resiliency under pressure
Strong verbal communication abilities
Qualifications:
Understanding of best practices in the hotel and catering services industry
Knowledge of up-to-date health and safety standards
Minimum of 3 years experience working in professional kitchens.
