The Fairways Hotel in Dundalk, Ireland is hiring a Chef de Partie.

We re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team.
About the Role:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific station within our kitchen. You will lead a team of commis chefs, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes specific to your assigned station.
Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain a clean and organized station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Participate in menu development and recipe creation, collaborating with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Manage inventory and ensure proper food cost control.
Communicate effectively with fellow chefs and service staff to ensure seamless kitchen-to-table service.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar supervisory role in a high-volume kitchen.
Strong knowledge and experience in classical and contemporary cooking techniques specific to your area of expertise.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to quality, consistency, and food safety.
Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
This is a full-time and permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
