Job Description:
Prepare and cook high-quality curry dishes.
Follow authentic recipes, quality standards, presentation guidelines, and the food preparation checklist.
Portion, chop, and store ingredients for cooking.
Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
Test foods to ensure they are cooked properly.
Clean and disinfect kitchen areas, tables, tools, knives, and cooking equipment.
Monitor and maintain the correct temperatures for both appliances and food.
Adhere to all company policies, including Health & Safety protocols.
Comply with all HACCP legislation and maintain accurate documentation.
Execute set-up and close-down procedures efficiently.
Control costs by minimizing waste.
Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
Complete safety training and certifications as provided and required by the company and applicable laws.
Key skills required:
