Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food production, with the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen.
- Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies.
- Monitor food production processes to ensure quality control and consistency in dishes served.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervision.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding dining experiences to guests.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and adapt recipes as needed.

Pay: £30,640.00-£41,218.00 per year
