1. Preparation and cooking of Lebanese Dishes- prepare and cook traditional Lebanese dishes and ensure authentic ingredients are used to maintain the integrity of Lebanese cuisine.
2. Oversee the preparation of food, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture and presentation.
3. Assist in updating the menu that highlights the best dishes of Lebanese cuisine whilst considering customer preferences, dietary requirements and modern interpretations of traditional dishes.
4. Manage and supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient and organised food preparation and cooking.
5. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen and maintaining high morale and productivity,
6. Ensure all food is prepared and served to the highest quality in line with Lebanese culinary traditions and establishments’ standards.
