Saturday 9am to 12.30pm and Sunday 9am to 12.30pm
€14.50 per hour

What you’ll do:

Prepare and present meals to high standards in accordance with Sodexo’s and client’s expectations
Maintain a clean, organised kitchen and storage areas in line with food safety and HACCP regulations
Follow proper allergen labelling procedures and food storage protocols
Carry out scheduled and end-of-day cleaning tasks, ensuring all equipment is switched off and sanitised
Ensure compliance with company and legal food hygiene, health and safety standards
Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for clients, team members, and delivery personnel

What you’ll bring:

Previous chef experience in a similar food service or healthcare setting
Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen awareness, and HACCP procedures
Ability to work well under pressure and manage time efficiently
A proactive attitude towards cleanliness, organisation, and kitchen safety
Willingness to complete mandatory company training within set timeframes
A professional appearance, high standard of personal hygiene, and commitment to wearing the full Sodexo uniform
